Ayurveda is
science of herbs and its miracles every day according to me,it can
create wonder,The more you study about it the more you see miracles
though deep roots of ayurveda has now been lost but its existance
was there millions of years ago,Millions of years ago 4 sacred books
came our of the mouth of Brahma, then given to Devtas...From devtas
it has been conqured and taken away by demons, then god of love
Vishnu,Known as preservator who has already taken 9 reincarnations
,he saved the books! Then by the time the books were lost into the
depth of history Following 4 sacred
books are known
together,Rigveda,Samveda,Arthrveveda,Yajurveda All small vedas
are part of these big sacred Indian books for example Gandharva
veda, upnishads ,Dhanurved and Ayurveda which describes different
sciences! Then Charka a
saint in hindu mythology rewrote the book with 8 sections with 133
lessons which describes the way to live and all treatments like the
famous Panchkarma therapies ,he explained like a physician the
treatment to all diseases,On the other hand another Saint Sushuruta
wrote the part of ayurveda based on surgery,He explained ayurveda
and presented it as surgery These books were
in practice for long time then again lost in the history of
hinduisme Again the same
thing happened the books were recovered by another Saint, with just 4
sctions in it He than prayed
shiva and meditated and got the remaining 4 parts,Since then the
sacred books in pieces have come to this present world which is
called as "Kalyuga" in hinduisme
Ayurveda is the
science of life which is dealing not only with treatment of some diseases
but it is treating whole of our body by mind body and soul The basic
philosophy of Ayurveda is based on the panchamahabhoota
theory. This theory states
that the universe as well as the human body is made up of five
elements, namely air , space
, earth , fire and water . These elements combine to form
controlling forces or biological humours called Dosha. These dosha
are responsible for controlling the living body in its normal state
and are of 3 types: Vaata, Pitta and Kapha. The imbalance of such
doshas creates diseases in every body The control of
these three doshas works on sapth dhatus present in a human body The
waste products formed as a result of various bodily functions are
Malas, which are end products of the body. Thus the science of
Ayurveda deals with Doshas, Dhaatus & Malas.
