Problems Treatments This Therapy is very intresting and a very powerful process if you do it atleast Once in a week,In ayurveda commonly known as Kativasti is a procss of treating back portion with warm oil!The patient is made to lie down on the treatment table and a wall/boundry of blackgram powder paste is created on affected area on back then slowly pouring in oil with a spoon and when this hole of wall is filled up,remove oil with same spoon slowly! Similarly restarting the same process and side by side constantly warming up the oil upto a temprature that it does not burn skin!Make sure that Oil has to be warm warmer and hot....it should not burn the skin!! Later on remove the boundry wall and provide a gentle massage to patient! Duration can be upto 50 Minutes! This therapy is very much effective in slip disk and chornic back pains,You can do this on your own but under the eyes of specialist if you are new to ayurveda.
