be placed on cervical problem area to start the therapy Our Institute/Class rooms Cervical Treatment or Greevavasthi Greeva means neck and vasthi is treatment so treatment of cervical on neck through a special therapy is called as greevavasthi!!The procedure is quite simple as explained on page "Back problems" A wall of blackgram paste is made on neck portion of patient and pouring in the warm oil and constantly changing it slowly and increasing the temprature of oil upto the mark where it does not burns the skin! This treatment is to be done under the eyes of a professional,this gives deep relief to patients suffring from cervical pains It is thus a special treatment in traditional ayurveda for diseases of neck and cervical vertebrae., warm medicated oil is kept over the back of neck for 30-45 minutes. It is done for a period of 7-14-21 days Uruvasthi Similarly as explained above ,if the treatment is given on chest or on heart,then this is known as uruvasthi,The benifits of uruvasthi is that it makes heart stronger and it cures spasm in chest which causes bronchitis or asthma!!
