Treatmant or Netratarpanam Netra Tarpana is a special Ayurvedic treatment for the eyes. It relieves tiredness and also improves eyesight. It is highly recommended for people who regularly work at a place where one get strain on eyes for example on computer,watching television long time etc it helps in curing aching eyes,any problem related to eyes,and even eye diseases like blurred vision etc! This Ayurveda treatment for eyes is done in similar fashion as we do kativasthi or janu vasthi or any other vasthi,The only diference is that in this treatment we do not use very warm oil,A boundry of blackgram paste is build on eyes and putting in very light warm oil in eyes and oil is kept there for minimum of 10 minutes,then later on after 30 minutes of treatment remove boundry and give a gentle massage over the face, A temple just outside our Institute
