It is stated in every book of Ayurveda
that Pitta is made up of the two elements fire and water.
Again as in every book which are part
of, the Charaka Samhita, describes dosha as: hot and burning,
liquid and acidic, pungent and sharp. Pitta contains fire, but it also
contains water. The most intrested thing in pitta is that it
contains both fire and water, hot and cold together how come? the best
example of this is a gas pipe line or a cylinder, inside its flames and
outside its cold.. And what is fire in body....offcourse the
digestive system,In sexual terms it can be something else, but without
food and its control and digestive power....can you imagine a body.I
can say clearly that if one body has a good diet and good and strong
digestive system, there are very less chances of that body to be ill
I will not discuss here the body frames
but a body does not exist without doshas and pitta controls
metabolism..which processes food air and water in our entire
system, where as we have discussed in Kapha that it controls structure
and through various lubricants, and now pitta which controls other
functions,so it is easy for a student or a new reader to understand
clearly the properties of both these, any imbalanc in these doshas
causes in any illness or any changes to body
Thus AYURVEDA is a science to control
and balance these doshes with internal or external olietion....Either
by internal method, which is panchkarma therapies, or by external which
is Massages
Pitta thus has few types
Pitta controls important digestive
"Agnis" or fires of the body.
1,Alochaka Pitta:Functioning of the eyes
2,Bhrajaka Pitta:Healthy glow of the skin
3,Sadhaka Pitta:Desire,spirituality
4,Pachaka Pitta:Digestion!
5,Ranjaka Pitta:toxin-free blood.
It takes years and years to judge a body
type and its cures though ayurveda,You can not be a doctor within few
days..but yes our courses gives lots of knowladge and practicing
everyday may make you perfect!!
