Vata

As discussed on other pages that no body exists without three doshas,Just trying a bit to explain vata,it is hence the most important dosha ,without this one  other two can not move, since it controls the server ,I mean flow of thoughts across mind and breathing. It is thus leader of all,so one must keep balanced vata,if its imbalanced... means you are very ill...lol when mind gets disturbed it shows signs of imbalanced vata,it also controls blood flow, elemination of waste!!

Vata is made up of the two elements space and air.

According to Charaka Samhita, it describes as: vata dosha: dry and rough, cool, light, very tiny, always moving, sky or aakash and rough.

Vata types

Prana Vata:The senses, creative thinking, reasoning, enthusiasm, It is thus the leader in all

Udana Vata : Quality of voice, memory, movements of thought

Samana Vata:Movement of food through digestive tract

Apana Vata:Elimination of wastes, sexual function, menstrual cycle

Vyana Vata:Blood flow, heart rhythm, perspiration, sense of touch
