Nasya(Panchkarma therapy)

This is part of Panchkarma therapy according to ayurved Nasya means Nose,and treatment of nose  is known as nasya in ayurveda It is a process where the drug Like Oils and herbalmedicine is put in through the nostrils.
Nose is considered as tunnel to head Thus it is very effective in treatment of various diseases,This cleans nose and all the way the route till head.
Most effectively it opens prana or oxygen route,It helps in cure of sinus and it makes ones eyes nose and head healthy,it can even stops greying of ones hairs!!
There are few types of Nasya
 Pradhamana: powder put in nostril.
 Bruhana Nasya : Done with ghee,butter like oil , milk.
 Shaman Nasya :Medicated oils are used
 Navana Nasya :Also done with medicated oil but for different purposes
 Marshya Nasya: Done with Ghee
 Pratimarshya : Done with Oil but only finger tips are used

It thus cures lots of diseases along with chronical sinus
